- Motor vehicle: must have current registration, warrant of fitness & no money owing
- Home or Land: There has to be enough equity (a big enough difference between what the property is worth and what is owed to the bank)
- Plant, machinery or other securable assets
- A guarantor can provide the above as security for your loan
