2nd Mortgage Lending
- Loans up to $350,000
- Terms up to 5 years
- Repayments including Principal and interest p.a. and interest only
- Secured against residential dwellings, bare land and commercial buildings
- LVRs up to 80%
- Fixed Interest Rates from 14.95%p.a. to 17.95%p.a. (dependent on land type)
Caveat Lending
- Loans up to $100,000
- Terms up to 3 years
- Repayments including Principal and interest, interest only and capitalised interest
- Secured against residential dwellings, bare land and commercial buildings
- LVRs up to 90%
- Fixed Interest Rates from 14.95%p.a. to 19.95%p.a.
