Asset Finance is offering an opportunity to invest in a maximum of NZ$40 million of Secured First-Ranking Debenture Stock and a maximum of NZ$6 million of Unsecured Capital Notes

Your investment will be for a fixed term and fixed interest rate. Funds received will be pooled together and used to support and grow our loan portfolio.

Investment Amount

The minimum investment that can be made is $500, with the maximum at the discretion of Asset Finance.

Interest Payments

Investors can grow their investment by having interest compounded quarterly, or they can live off it by having net interest paid to their bank account either monthly or quarterly.

Credit Rating

The creditworthiness of Asset Finance has been rated by Standard & Poors, a ratings agency approved by the Reserve Bank under section 157J of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989.

Investments from outside New Zealand

Investors from outside of New Zealand can invest with Asset Finance, however Asset Finance is domiciled in New Zealand and goverened by New Zealand law.

All investments must be made into our bank account in New Zealand dollars and will be paid out in New Zealand dollars. Any gain or loss as a result of currency conversion will be to the benefit or detriment of the investor.
